During the shutdown process, encountering AC power supply or bearing oil pump failure, the lubricating oil pressure drops to 0.069~0.076Mpa, and the DC emergency oil pump is put into operation to ensure the supply of cooling lubricating oil for the bearings, prevent bearing pads from burning out, and ensure the safety of the steam turbine. This is also the final backup of the lubricating oil system.

The workflow of the Turbine AC lubricating oil pump  200LY-67 :

1. Confirm that the maintenance work of the oil system has been completed and that the oil level in the main oil tank is normal;

2. The bearing oil quality is qualified and the oil level is normal;

3. The coupling should be easily turned and the safety cover of the coupling should be intact;

4. Turn on the intake throttle of the AC oil pump, and ensure that the relevant valves of the oil system are in the correct state;

5. Input an oil cooler or electric heating according to the oil temperature needs;

6. After the insulation of the AC lubricating oil pump motor is qualified, send it to the AC oil pump power supply.

7. Confirm that the preparation work before starting the AC oil pump has been completed.

8. Soft operate and start the AC oil pump on the DCS screen in the central control room.

9. Check the current value of the AC oil pump under no-load, then slowly open the outlet valve of the AC oil pump and pay attention to the system oil,

10. Check the vibration, sound, and meter indication of the AC oil pump and motor. During normal operation of the AC oil pump, the motor current should not exceed the rated current, and the bearing temperature should not exceed 65 ℃.

11. After everything is normal, switch the backup AC oil pump interlock switch to the "On" position.
