The Accumulator bladder NXQ-A-16/20-L-Y is used as an accumulator through a vulcanization vacuum valve device that can be installed or removed at the lift valve port. When the airbag is fully expanded, the poppet valve closes the inlet. This design can prevent the airbag from being squeezed into the passage. A device that absorbs vibration to prevent accidental vibration and rapid opening of the lift valve. Compared to other accumulators, the biggest advantage of this accumulator is that the gas and oil are completely separated. The airbag has small inertia and flexible response, which can absorb impact pressure and pulsating pressure.

 

The steps for replacing the Accumulator bladder NXQ-A-16/20-L-Y are as follows:

Firstly, close the inlet valve of the accumulator to isolate it from the system.

2. Drain the liquid in the accumulator to reduce internal pressure. This can be achieved by opening the vent valve of the accumulator, or by connecting the accumulator to an air compressor and passing air inside the accumulator.

After the emptying process is completed, use a tool to remove the old bladder of the accumulator. The specific method depends on the model and design of the accumulator, but it usually requires loosening the clamp or clip on the old leather bag and then removing it from the interface at the bottom or top of the accumulator.

4. Install a new accumulator bag. Insert the new leather bag into the bottom or top interface of the accumulator, ensuring that the leather bag is installed in the correct position. Then, reinstall the clamp or clip to tightly secure the new bladder to the accumulator.

5. If necessary, reconnect the accumulator to the system and open the inlet valve. If you need to use an air compressor again to fill the accumulator, please ensure that the correct pressure is used and follow the safety operating procedures for pressure vessels.

6. Finally, test whether the accumulator is working properly. You can open the inlet valve of the system, observe the flow of liquid, and check whether the accumulator can store and release energy normally. If any problems are found, please immediately close the inlet valve and contact professional technical personnel for inspection and repair.
