The steam turbine oil supply system is a low-pressure oil supply system mainly composed of two AC lubricating oil pumps, mainly used to provide lubricating oil to various bearings during the shutdown, turning, and impulse operation of the steam turbine generator unit.

The steam turbine AC lubricating oil pump 80LY-45-3 is only put into operation when both AC lubricating oil pumps fail. Therefore, when the unit starts, when the bearing oil pressure in the system does not drop to the self starting setting value of the DC lubricating oil pump, the DC lubricating oil pump is controlled to be in a stopped state to protect the performance of the battery. Automatically starts when the bearing oil pressure has dropped to the set value. The DC lubricating oil pump is the last backup pump for the turbine lubrication system and is required to be in standby mode at all times.

The normal lubricating oil pressure is: 0.1-0.18Mpa

When the oil pressure decreases, it is required to send a signal alarm if it is less than or equal to 0.1MPa

There is a low-pressure oil overpressure valve in the lubricating oil circuit, which can automatically open when the lubricating oil pressure is higher than about 0.16MPa, and the excess oil is discharged back into the oil tank to ensure that the lubricating oil pressure is maintained within the range of 0.1-0.18MPa.
