The XDH-20 high-energy igniter tool electrode is a high-energy ignition device designed and produced according to the needs of industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, glass, ceramics, etc.
The XDH-20 high-energy igniter tool electrode belongs to a low-voltage capacitor discharge device, which has the advantages of low discharge voltage, large spark energy, small external volume, convenient operation, and corrosion resistance. Adapted to the ignition energy requirements of various fuels, widely used in ignition fields such as electricity, petrochemicals, metallurgy, aviation, and aerospace.
operational principle
The XDH-20 high-energy ignition device consists of an XDH igniter, an XDQ ignition rod, and an XDL shielded cable.
The XDH high-energy igniter adopts the principle of capacitive energy storage discharge. The AC power frequency is 220V or 110V, and it is converted into DC pulsating current through boost rectification to charge the energy storage capacitor. When the capacitor is fully charged, the discharge current is transmitted to the semiconductor nozzle of the ignition rod through the discharge tube, choke, shielding cable, etc., forming a high-energy arc spark. When the ignition device stops working, the remaining charge on the capacitor is discharged through a discharge resistor.
