The water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooling method of the turbo-generator is to designate the stator windings to be cooled with water, the rotor windings to be internally cooled with hydrogen, and the iron core to be cooled with hydrogen. In order to seal the hydrogen in the generator, a double-flow ring type sealing bearing is used, and the oil volume, oil temperature and oil pressure of the sealing bearing are guaranteed by the sealing oil system.

 

The sealing oil system is usually equipped with two differential pressure valves. The differential pressure valve can automatically adjust the hydrogen oil pressure difference to 0.085MPa. When the pressure difference is small, the spring compression can be adjusted to increase the pressure difference; when the pressure difference is large, the opposite can be adjusted. The spare differential pressure valve ensures that the hydrogen oil pressure differential is 0.056MPa, and the adjustment method is the same as above.
