Q641F-16C pneumatic flange ball valve is an industrial valve powered by compressed air and driven by a piston actuator to rotate the ball 90 ° for rapid opening and closing. The valve body is made of WCB cast steel through one-time molding, with a nominal pressure of PN16 and a suitable temperature of -29~180 ℃. It can operate stably in water, steam, oil and some weak acid and alkali media. Its floating ball design keeps the channel consistent with the pipe diameter, allowing the medium to pass through with almost no pressure loss, and the flow resistance coefficient is much lower than that of similar gate valves and globe valves. The valve seat is made of PTFE soft sealing material, combined with elastic compensation structure, which can achieve zero leakage under 1.6 MPa working condition; At the same time, the top of the actuator is equipped with an ISO 5211 standard platform, which can be easily installed with solenoid valves, limit switches, or electrical locators to achieve DCS remote control, local manual switching, and precise adjustment of 4-20 mA.
