DESCRIPTION

 

The SF21A servo valve is an electro-hydraulic conversion component in the DEH control system of power plants. It can convert the control commands issued by the electric regulating device into corresponding hydraulic signals, and achieve the purpose of driving the valve and controlling the unit by changing the direction, pressure, and flow rate of the fluid flow into the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic motor.

If external oil leakage occurs in the SF21A servo valve, further inspection is required:

1. Whether the surface finish of the installation seat meets the standard;

2. Whether the surface cleanliness of the installation base meets the standard;

3. Whether the bottom sealing element is installed in the hole;

4. Is the spring tube broken.
