The SGLQ-300A melt blown filter element is a consumable and although it is more durable than other filter elements, attention should be paid to avoiding scratches, collisions, drops, and other phenomena during disassembly and assembly to prevent human damage. It is strictly prohibited to apply force to the surface of the filter element with tools.

 

The SGLQ-300A stator cooling water filter element usually filters the filtrate from the outside to the inside of the filter element, and reverse filtering is not recommended.

 

When filtering, slowly pressurize to the required working pressure, and it is strictly prohibited to quickly open the valve.

 

If the filter element is still severely damaged during use, it should be promptly removed for cleaning or replaced with a new filter element for replacement.
