DESCRIPTION
The MSL-125 filter element is installed in the stator cooling water system and can adsorb a large amount of pollutants in the cooling stator cooling water, protect the cleanliness of water quality, prevent scaling on the inner wall of the cooling pipe, and thus meet the relevant requirements for generator operation. The MSL-125 filter element is easy and fast to replace, which can protect the normal operation of the equipment and improve work efficiency.
The cooling water system becomes an independent closed loop system. The process of the stator cooling water system is: the water pump absorbs water from the water tank and sends it to the water cooler for cooling. Then, it passes through the filter MSL-125 to remove mechanical impurities. After passing through the flow orifice plate, it enters the empty wire in the generator stator bar and the lead stator outlet sleeve in two ways. The cooling water enters from the excitation end, flows out from the steam end, and the outlet water flows back to the water tank, thus circulating.
