DESCRIPTION

 

The generator stator cooling water filter SGLQ-600A is used in the stator cooling water system of the hydrogen oil water system of a steam turbine generator. The stator water system is equipped with two parallel stator cooling water filters, one for normal operation and one for backup.

 

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF FILTER SL-12/50

 

The generator stator cooling water filter SGLQ-600A of the cooling water filter is made of stainless steel skeleton. There is a drain outlet at the bottom of the filter barrel, and there are differential pressure switches at both ends. When the differential pressure increases to a higher than normal pressure difference, an alarm signal is issued. At this time, the backup filter element should be put into operation in a timely manner and the blocked filter element should be cleaned.
