The main function of the stator cooling water system is to ensure that the cooling water (pure water) continuously flows through the interior of the stator coil, thereby taking away some heat caused by losses, in order to meet the relevant requirements of the temperature rise (temperature) load generator.

 

The system is equipped with two DFB100-80-230 stator cooling water pumps, which are horizontal, single stage, single suction, and cantilever corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps. Both pumps are driven by AC motors, one working and one standby. When the output pressure of the working pump is low, the backup pump should be able to automatically put into operation through the pressure switch signal.
