The gap measurement probe GJCT-15-E is mainly used in the sealing gap control system of the air preheater in power plants to measure the deformation of the preheater rotor. The preheater rotor is affected by various factors such as thermal expansion and vibration during operation, resulting in changes in the internal clearance size. This probe can measure the gap size inside the preheater rotor and convert it into an electrical signal output through a gap transmitter for system monitoring and control.

 

 

The gap sensor GJCT-15-E has the characteristics of high temperature, corrosion resistance, high accuracy, and long service life, which is suitable for the use environment of the sealing gap control system of the air preheater in power plants. Its function is to monitor the gap changes of the preheater rotor in real time, help power plants discover problems with the preheater rotor in a timely manner, and improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the system.
