The regeneration device fine filter JLX-45 is used to reduce the acid value of EH fire-resistant oil in power plants, improve conductivity and impurities in the oil, purify the oil quality, improve the efficiency of fire-resistant oil use, protect the hydraulic system, and prevent the corrosion of pipelines due to high acid value of fire-resistant oil. It is used together with the dehydration filter element TX-80 and the coarse filter element WU-63.

 

The JLX-45 fire resistant oil regeneration fine filter element is mainly composed of filter material, support layer, inner and outer shells, and end caps. The filter material adopts imported regenerated acid removal material, and the support layer is made of stainless steel mesh and stainless steel wire rope. The inner and outer shells are made of stainless steel material, and the end cover is the part that fixes the filter element, which is bonded with the filter element to form an integrated structure. Inside the filter element, there is a baffle structure to improve the filtration efficiency of the filter element. The design and structure of the entire JLX-45 filter element takes into account the special needs of fire-resistant fuel regeneration, ensuring that it can effectively remove impurities and acidic substances from the fire-resistant fuel while ensuring a long service life.
