GJCD-16 is the Boiler approoriative power supply of the air preheater. This power switch must wait for the main power switch to be turned on before it can be turned on, otherwise the impact current will have a negative impact on the sensor.

 

The measurement and control of the sealing clearance of the air preheater can track the thermal deformation of the air preheater rotor under stable and deformed boiler loads, and control the clearance between the rotor flange reference plane and the sector plate within the normal range.

This device uses a computer as the gap signal processing equipment. The signal processing process is as follows: for each rotation of the air preheater rotor, the minimum gap value obtained from multiple sampling within a cycle is sent to the computer and compared with the given gap value (i.e. the target value of the control, which is manually set). Based on this difference, fuzzy control technology is used to calculate the control output signal. The output adjustment signal corresponds to the rise and fall of the regulating sector plate. The adjustment time of the sector plate varies with the size of the output adjustment signal, so the maximum adjustment time of the upward movement during one adjustment process does not exceed 12 seconds.
