The JM-B-6Z multi-channel intelligent vibration monitor is used to monitor all forms of rotating and reciprocating machinery. It can continuously measure and monitor the vibration of the bearing cover in completely independent channels.

The multi-channel intelligent vibration monitor  JM-B-6Z  can be connected to various vibration sensors, such as magnetoelectric speed sensors or eddy current sensors. When connected to a speed sensor, it can measure the vibration intensity (effective value of vibration velocity) or displacement (vibration amplitude) in the vertical or horizontal direction of the casing or bearing seat.

When connected to an eddy current sensor, it can measure the radial vibration of the rotating machinery shaft in both the vertical and horizontal directions. Digital display, which can independently display the vibration values of two channels. Each channel has independent alarm, danger circuit, and relay contact outputs. It is very convenient to accurately set alarm and danger values, alarm and danger delay times, and to view alarm and danger settings at any time.

 

The multi-channel intelligent vibration monitor JM-B-6Z can independently output standard voltage (1-5V) or standard current (4-20mA) corresponding to the vibration value, for use by computers, data collectors, recorders, or other automatic control systems. Other voltages or currents can also be output as needed. The gain of each channel can be automatically adjusted for easy calibration of the system.
