DESCRIPTION
The function of the gas turbine actuator filter element CB13300-001V is to filter out impurities, gums, and moisture in the oil, and deliver clean oil to various lubrication parts. When there is a control signal, the armature drives the baffle to deflect at a certain angle, causing the valve core to deviate from the middle position (such as moving to the left). The window hole at the left shoulder of the valve core opens, connecting the high-pressure oil and the oil inlet pipeline of the actuator. The oil return window hole at the right end of the middle shoulder of the valve core opens, connecting it with the oil return of the actuator. In this way, the servo valve can control the movement of the actuator.
STRUCTURE OF ACTUATOR FILTER CB13300-001V
The filter element CB13300-001V is applied to the fuel top ring flow control valve of the gas turbine oil motor. The filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. The filter material is mainly fiberglass filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper, which has high concentricity, high pressure resistance, and good straightness. The structure is made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh and filter material, and the number of layers and mesh forming the mesh during specific use depends on different usage conditions and purposes.
