The 125LY-23-6  lubrication DC Emergency oil pump of the steam turbine is powered by a DC power source, which switches to UPS power supply in case of complete shutdown of auxiliary power and some emergency situations. During normal operation, all oil demand for the lubricating oil system is supplied by the main oil pump. The oil pipe at the outlet of the main oil pump enters the oil tank first, and the outlet of the oil injector inside the oil tank is divided into three channels: one channel supplies oil at the inlet of the main oil pump, making the inlet of the main oil pump in a positive pressure state; 2、 Low voltage backup sealing oil for generators; The third way is from the oil cooler to the main bearing and thrust of the steam turbine generator set. In this way, when the main oil pump cannot provide sufficient oil pressure and quantity during startup and shutdown, the lubricating oil system is supplied by an auxiliary oil pump (which consists of an AC lubricating oil pump and a sealing backup oil pump), and the AC lubricating oil pump provides the full amount of low-pressure backup sealing oil and bearing lubricating oil; The backup sealing oil pump provides the oil demand for high-pressure backup sealing oil and emergency trip devices. In addition, the lubricating oil system is also equipped with an emergency oil pump (DC lubricating oil pump), which is used to supply lubricating oil to the bearings of the steam turbine generator unit in case of AC power supply or AC lubricating oil pump failure.
