The displacement sensor LVDT TDZ-1B-31 is a kind of TDZ-1 series sensor, which is mainly used for measuring the stroke of turbine oil motor in power plant.
The displacement sensor LVDT TDZ-1B-31 have the following characteristics:
1. Good linearity. During the whole process of hydraulic servo motor movement, the feedback signal can be accurately sent to the instrument.
2. Good repeatability. The voltage value at the same displacement value before and after the operation of the hydraulic servo motor does not exceed 0.1VDC, which can ensure that the hydraulic servo motor will not swing randomly before and after the operation and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic servo motor.
3. The sensor cable is made of high temperature resistant protective wire sleeve, which is more durable.
The installation requirements of displacement sensor LVDT TDZ-1B-31 are as follows:
1. Install vertically or vertically, and keep the concentricity with the hydraulic servo motor.
2. Avoid being close to the high-voltage cable during installation. If the cable cannot be wound, the cable shall be laid vertically with the high-voltage cable.
3. The wiring from the LVDT adapter box of the displacement sensor to the DEH cabinet shall be provided with wire lugs, because the actual working conditions of the power plant often encounter the abnormal valve control caused by the absence of wire lugs on the cables, which leads to the failure of normal operation.
