The operation of sealing oil vacuum pump 30-WS and the process of creating vacuum are as follows:

There is a rotating impeller or blade inside the vacuum pump, and when the pump starts, the impeller begins to rotate. At the same time, the liquid is injected into the pump, forming a liquid ring. The formation of a liquid ring is achieved by centrifugal force pushing the liquid onto the inner wall of the pump and forming a ring around the impeller.

 

When the impeller rotates, the liquid ring interacts with the impeller, forming a cavity where gas is pumped into the liquid ring. Under the action of the liquid ring, gas is carried to the outlet of the pump. The outlet of the pump is connected to the sealing oil system to extract air and other gases from the system, forming a vacuum.
