DESCRIPTION

 

Generator slot Sealant HEC892 is commonly used for hydrogen sealing at the steam and excitation ends of high capacity hydrogen cooled steam turbine generator sets in thermal power plants, as well as for hydrogen sealing of generator outlet bushings. It can also be used for sealing radiator hose connections, replacing water pump fillers, and as a gasket for gear boxes containing oil and grease.

The Generator slot Sealant HEC892, as the name suggests, plays a sealing and environmental protection role under high temperature conditions. It is a single component sealant for industrial applications and is a high-quality sealing mixture. Suitable for conditions with high requirements for the smoothness and pressure of the sealing surface (butt joint). Especially suitable for sealing metal joints: steam turbines and gas turbines, compressors, pumps, casings, flange joints, etc. The special high polymer adhesive with high temperature resistance of 400 ℃ is suitable for bonding, filling and sealing of metal, ceramics, glass, glass fiber, plastic, wood, insulation cotton and other materials. It has good waterproofing, aging resistance, seismic resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high strength.
