The Small turbine regulating oil dual lube filter element LY-10/10W-40 is a filter used for the dual oil filter of small machine regulation oil. The dual oil filter adopts a 304 stainless steel shell, which has the characteristics of small volume, large filtering area, simple disassembly, and easy cleaning and replacement.

The Small turbine regulating oil dual lube filter element LY-10/10W-40 is designed to maintain continuous filtration, even during filter maintenance. Equipped with a compact and easy to install 4-way 2-position housing, completely sealed to the atmosphere. It can remove particles from hydraulic oil, including hydrogen seals, oil, turbine lubricating oil, bearing lubricating oil, and primary fan lubricating oil.

When the dual oil filter reaches the following conditions, the filter element inside the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced:

1. The normal pressure difference of the oil filter is ≤ 0.035Mpa. When the pressure difference of the oil filter is ≥ 0.05Mpa;

2. When the quality of the filtered oil does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to switch to cleaning or replace the filter screen.

Dongfang Yoyik reminds you to switch the dual oil filter in the following order of operation:

1. Observe the oil flow indicator on the three-way switching device and clarify the backup oil filter.

2. Open the exhaust connector of the backup oil filter and the vent valve on the fuel tank connection pipeline.

3. Open the pressure balance valve on the three-way switching device again and allow the spare oil filter housing to be filled with oil.

4. Observe the sight glass on the exhaust connector of the backup oil filter and the connecting pipeline of the oil tank. When all oil flows out, it indicates that the backup oil filter housing is full of oil. Close the vent valve.

5. Rotate the handle of the three-way switching device and observe the oil flow indicator on the three-way switching device to put the spare oil filter into use.

6. Close the pressure balancing valve.

7. Check the replaced oil filter, clean it or replace the filter element for backup.
