The TD-2 0-25mm OEM Case Expansion Transducer Thermal Sensor is mainly used to measure the displacement of steam turbine cylinder expansion. In combination with the D thermal expansion monitor, it can complete functions such as remote indication, alarm, and constant current output of thermal expansion displacement. The on-site indication has a large field of view, and the remote indication is digital display, clear and intuitive. It uses an intermediate frequency differential transformer type displacement sensor as the sensing element, which is a highly reliable LVDT displacement sensor with strong anti-interference ability and good linearity, The structure is simple, not easily damaged, and can be used continuously for a long time.

 

The TD-2 0-25mm OEM Case Expansion Transducer Thermal Sensor  has an effective full range control of ± 0.25%, with a linear resistance excitation of 1500Hz and 10-20VAC at temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to+100 ℃. The thermal expansion displacement sensor TD-2 mainly consists of three parts: X horizontal vibration measurement, Z vertical vibration measurement, and bearing temperature measurement. It needs to be installed perpendicular to the ground.
