DESCRIPTION

 

The actuator inlet filter (flushing) DP6SH201EA01V/F is an important spare part for ensuring the normal operation of the fire resistant oil system of steam turbines in power plants. Turbine fire resistant oil is very susceptible to external environmental influences, and pollutants entering the oil can lead to a decrease in its performance. The most common pollutants include dust particles, particulate matter, colloid, water, etc., which require the use of efficient filters and filters to remove. If the quality of the fire-resistant fuel filter is poor or improperly used, pollution issues may lead to equipment shutdown for maintenance and even oil change.

1. When the oil pressure drops to 12MPa, check if the backup pump is turned on and manually start it.

2. During high-temperature operation, pay attention to the changes in oil temperature and prepare for cooling to prevent oil deterioration and sealing ring aging caused by excessive oil temperature.

3. If EH oil leakage is found, isolate the oil leakage point while maintaining the oil pressure as much as possible, and promptly contact maintenance personnel to replenish the oil. If isolation is not possible, apply for closure.
