The generator stator cooling water filter element SG125/0.7 is used for the stator cooling water system, which becomes an independent closed loop system. The process of the stator cooling water system is: the water pump absorbs water from the water tank and sends it to the water cooler for cooling. Then, it passes through a filter to remove mechanical impurities. After passing through the flow orifice plate, it enters the empty wire and lead stator outlet sleeve in the generator stator bar in two ways. The cooling water enters from the excitation end, flows out from the steam end, and the outlet water flows back into the water tank, thus circulating.

 

The generator stator cooling water filter element SG125/0.7  is folded from the ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or (wire mesh) inner and outer support layers. The central rod and end cover of the filter element shell are processed by hot-melt welding technology, without any adhesive, leakage or secondary pollution.
