The principle of Turbine magnetoresistive Rotation Speed Sensor ZS-03 is based on Magnetoresistance. Magnetoresistance refers to a physical phenomenon, that is, when the magnetic circuit is passed by the magnetic flux, the conductivity inside the magnetic circuit will change, resulting in resistance changes.

In the turbine reluctance speed sensor, a reluctance element is installed on the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the magnetic flux will pass through the reluctance element, resulting in a change in resistance. This resistance change can be detected and used to calculate the speed.

Advantages of Steam Turbine Reluctance Speed Sensor ZS-03:

1. Simple and easy to use: It does not need additional power supply and can work directly through the Magnetoresistance.

Reliability: Since Magnetoresistance is a physical phenomenon, the turbine magnetoresistance speed sensor is reliable.

2. Real time performance: The turbine reluctance speed sensor can monitor the speed in real time and update the data quickly.

3. Accuracy: Due to the error of Magnetoresistance, the accuracy of turbine magnetoresistive speed sensor may not be as good as that of other types of speed sensors.

4. Sensitivity: Turbine reluctance speed sensors may be affected by external magnetic fields, so their sensitivity is relatively high.
