The EH oil main pump discharge working filter element AP3E301-02D03V/-W has a filtration accuracy of 3um and is equipped with an internally reinforced stainless steel framework. It is used for the outlet filter of the EH oil main pump to prevent accidental impurities entering the pump body from contaminating the next system again.

In the EH oil system, there are many pipelines and integrated blocks that require system flushing after maintenance. The EH oil flushing process includes: system preparation - system oil filling - pipeline flushing - oil quality testing - system recovery - system pressure test - accumulator nitrogen charging - system debugging.

 

The EH oil main pump discharge working filter element is installed at the outlet of the EH oil main pump. Start a main oil pump, perform preliminary flushing of the entire system, and set the overflow pressure of the safety valve to 4.0MPa. After continuous flushing for 24 hours, stop the pump and clean the filter element of the pressure return pipe filter. Start the main oil pump again, continue flushing for 24 hours, stop the pump, clean the EH oil main pump discharge working filter element AP3E301-02D03V/-W and the filter elements of each hydraulic motor. Then replace the working filter element, and the flushing work of the entire pipeline is completed.
