DESCRIPTION
Cellulose filter element LX-DEA16XR-JL is used for the outlet filter screen of the EH oil supply system pump of the turbine fire resistant oil, with a flow rate of 90L/min and an accuracy of 10 μm. Fluorine rubber O-ring seal. Used to filter out mechanical impurities and colloidal substances in the fire-resistant oil at the outlet of the EH oil pump, reducing equipment malfunction caused by oil blockage, affecting production, and increasing production costs.
CHARACTERISTIC OF FILTER LX-DEA16XR-JL
Cellulose filter element LX-DEA16XR-JL is installed in a fiber filter to remove metal particles caused by component wear and rubber impurities caused by seal wear in the EH oil regeneration device. Power station EH oil regeneration device: A set of EH oil regeneration device is installed next to the oil tank to store adsorbents and regenerate fire-resistant oil. It is composed of a diatomaceous earth filter (to keep the oil neutral, remove water, etc.) and a fiber filter (to remove impurities) in series. When putting into the regeneration device, the bypass valve of the diatomaceous earth filter should be opened first to inject oil into the diatomaceous earth filter, and then the inlet valve of the diatomaceous earth filter should be opened and the bypass valve closed. When the oil temperature is between 43 and 54 ¡æ and the pressure of any filter reaches 0.21 Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
