The TSI system is mainly used to continuously monitor various important parameters of the steam turbine, such as speed, overspeed protection, eccentricity, shaft vibration, cover (bearing) vibration, shaft displacement, differential expansion, thermal expansion, etc., to help operators identify machine faults and timely interrupt the steam turbine generator unit before causing serious damage, ensuring unit safety.

In order to better understand the operating status of the monitored unit during a certain period of time, we have set this function for the tachometer Turbine speed meter DF9011 PRO; After power outage, the maximum speed is automatically cleared and cannot be maintained; The operational aspects will now be introduced as follows:

Query method:

After pressing the (highest) button for about one second, the instrument will display the highest measured speed value memorized by the current instrument since the last highest speed was cleared; The highest speed value that the unit has ever reached.

Clearing method:

1. Press the (reset) button for more than ten seconds, and the system reset will clear the highest speed value recorded by the instrument;

2. Power on reset (that is, when the instrument is powered off and then powered on, the maximum speed is cleared to "0");

Exit the highest query: Press the (highest) button again for about one second to return to the instrument monitoring status!
