When the hydrogen side pump stops running, the flow of sealing oil from the air side to the hydrogen side increases greatly, increasing the air penetration in the generator, and a certain amount of hydrogen is absorbed by the oil and taken out of the generator. In this case, the loss of hydrogen in the machine will be more than when the air side and the hydrogen side are operated at the same time, and the supplemental hydrogen will increase accordingly. The purity of the hydrogen is also reduced. At this point, operation with a minimum purity of 90% is permitted, but the hydrogen side seal oil supply should be restored as soon as possible.
