DEH system hanging gate Vickers solenoid valve DG4V32AMUD660 is produced by Vickers company and used in DEH system hanging gate solenoid valve. The hanging brake is divided into two parts: one part is lubricating oil: when the steam turbine overspeeds, the emergency breaker acts to release the safety oil pressure, the diaphragm valve opens, and the AST oil releases and trips. The other part is EH oil: ETS system controls AST solenoid valve, there is no trip condition. Only by hanging the brakes can the trip be reset and the AST solenoid valve charged and AST oil pressure build up.

 

The function of the brake is to establish a safe oil pressure and open a series of operations of the high and medium pressure main steam valves. Braking operation is the process of establishing safe oil pressure of the unit. Only when the safe oil pressure is established, can the oil pressure at the bottom of each oil motor be established to start each oil motor. Generally speaking, the hanging gate is divided into two parts, both of which are indispensable. One is the unit hanging brake, and the other is the electrical hanging brake. There are pressure gauges on the AST and OPC integrated blocks, which can be used to judge whether to hang the brake.
