 Working principle of WZP-035 Double thermal resistance Platinum RTD

Double thermal resistance Platinum RTD WZP-035  is a temperature measuring instrument based on the principle of thermoelectric effect. It is composed of two different metal materials, each called thermal resistance. Inside the object to be measured, one of the thermal resistors is located in the object to be measured, and the other thermal resistor is outside the object, which is usually called the "reference temperature point.
When the temperature changes, the temperature difference in the two thermal resistors will cause a potential difference, that is, the thermoelectric potential. The relationship between the thermoelectric potential and the resistance value of the thermal resistor follows the principle of the thermoelectric effect, which can be calculated by the thermoelectric coefficient and the temperature difference. 
When measuring, the two ends of the double thermal resistance are connected to a measuring circuit. This circuit measures the potential difference between the two ends in a certain way and converts it into an electrical signal proportional to the temperature, such as 4-20mA or 0- 10V, etc., this signal can be further amplified, processed or transmitted to a computer or other data processing equipment to achieve real-time temperature monitoring and recording.
Double thermal resistance Platinum RTD WZP-035 has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, good stability, and fast response, so it has been widely used in industrial control, environmental monitoring, scientific research and other fields. At the same time, in practical applications, in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement, the requirements for the production and use of dual thermal resistors are relatively high.
