As the name suggests, there are 2 types of sensing wires, 3 wires and 6 wires. HTD series sensors are generally used to measure the stroke of oil motive power plants.
The lead wire of Displacement sensor HTD-150-3 adopts three-core shielded cable with a maximum length of 100 meters. One end of the shielding layer is connected to the ground, and the other end is suspended. The length of the lead wire can be lengthened according to the actual situation of the power plant.
In order to ensure the use of the sensor HTD-150-3 in the power plant, it is best to do the following in daily life:
1) Regularly check the fixation of the iron core and the bracket to ensure that the connection is reliable and not loose;
(2) Regularly check the tightening of the LVDT signal line terminals, the shielding and wear of the signal line;
(3) Measure the coil resistance value and the shell insulation each time the machine stops. This kind of detection can generally be concluded by using a multimeter to intervene in the lead wire.
