Epoxy glass mica paper tape 5440-1 is a tape-shaped insulating material made of epoxy resin glued powder mica paper, double-sided with alkali-free glass cloth reinforced and baked.

 

Product features and uses: Epoxy Tongma glass powder mica tape 5440-1 The insulation and heat resistance grade is F grade (155 ℃). It is suitable for coil insulation of large and medium-sized high-voltage motors with an operating temperature of 155°C.

 

Specification: The width (mm) of the powder mica tape reel is 15±1, 20±1, 25±1, 30±1, 35±1.

 

Exterior:

(1) There are no foreign impurities, the adhesive is evenly distributed, and the powder mica paper is not broken.

(2) The powder mica tape has good softness under normal conditions, and there is no adhesion, delamination, and glass cloth spinning phenomenon.

 

Shelf life: From the date of manufacture, the temperature is 3 months below 5°C, 1 month below 20°C, and half a month above 20°C but not exceeding 30°C.
