he speed sensor uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve the purpose of speed measurement. It has the advantages of large output signal, small size, long life, good anti-interference performance, and no need for external power supply. It can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and moisture. As long as it is non-contact, it can measure the speed and linear velocity of various magnetic materials such as gears, impellers, discs with holes (or slots, screws).

 

Purpose: Continuously measure the rotational speed and linear speed of various magnetic materials, convert the angular displacement into an AC voltage signal and display the rotational speed value with a digital rotational speed indicator to continuously monitor the rotational speed. It can be used with general secondary instruments.

 

It is recommended that the modulus of the speed sensing gear is ≥2, and the material is magnetically permeable low carbon steel. The higher the measured speed, the larger the output amplitude, and vice versa. The smaller the installation gap between the sensor core end face and the measured gear, the larger the output amplitude, and vice versa.
