DESCRIPTION

 

In order to ensure that the flyweight of the emergency breaker of the steam turbine can fly out quickly when the steam turbine unit is overspeed and interrupt the steam turbine, it is necessary to carry out oil injection test on the flyweight frequently.

 

The operating principle of the oil injection test: the emergency shut-off system is isolated through the isolation solenoid valve, and then the oil injection solenoid valve is operated to inject lubricating oil into the fly ring, so that the fly ring flies out, hits the blocking connecting rod, and stops the steam turbine.

 

 

Action process of the oil injection solenoid valve:

 

After starting the oil injection test, the isolation solenoid valve is first energized. After detecting that the isolation solenoid valve operates normally in the isolation position, the oil injection solenoid valve is energized, injecting oil into the emergency governor, causing the flying ring to strike out, the transmitter to work, and the governor signal to come. The system displays "successful oil injection test" and then the fuel injection solenoid valve is de-energized. After a period of time, the reset solenoid valve will automatically engage. After hanging on the brake, the DEH screen displays "The unit is resetting, and then the isolation solenoid valve is de-energized to normal. Finally, the emergency governor is restored to its normal position.
