Working principle of lubricating oil pump HSNH210-46:

1. Inhalation and transportation: When the active screw (motor driven screw) rotates, the spiral cavity between it and the driven screw (screw driven by hydraulic force) gradually increases, forming a low-pressure area on the suction side, and the liquid is therefore sucked into the pump. As the screw rotates, the liquid is pushed along the axis and continuously and without pulsation transported to the discharge end.

2. Wear free operation: Due to the liquid pressure between the master and slave screws driving the rotation of the driven screw, the active screw has no direct contact, reducing wear and extending the service life of the pump.

3. Axial force balance: The axial force between the master and slave screws is balanced through a hydraulic balance device, which reduces maintenance requirements and improves the operational stability of the pump.
