OPC solenoid valve GS060600V is a specially designed solenoid valve for overspeed protection of power plant steam turbines. The main function of this electromagnetic valve is to quickly cut off the turbine when its speed exceeds the safety limit, thereby stopping the turbine's operation and avoiding serious accidents caused by overspeed. The workflow of OPC solenoid valves is usually as follows:

1. Monitoring speed: The turbine speed is monitored in real-time by a speed sensor. When the speed exceeds the set safety limit, the sensor will send a signal to the control system.

2. Control system response: After receiving the overspeed signal, the control system will immediately start the OPC protection program, open the OPC solenoid valve GS060600V, in order to cut off the turbine.

3. Activation of solenoid valve: The control system sends a control signal to the OPC solenoid valve to activate the solenoid coil. Electromagnetic force will push the valve core to move and open the valve.

4. Cut off fluid connection: After the valve opens, the high-pressure steam flow of the turbine will be cut off, rapidly reducing the speed.

5. Safe shutdown: As the speed decreases, the turbine gradually stops until it comes to a complete stop.

6. System reset: After a safe shutdown, the operator can reset the OPC solenoid valve to its normal working state by controlling the system.

7. Fault diagnosis and maintenance: After the OPC solenoid valve GS060600V is activated, the control system will perform fault diagnosis to check if there are any components that need maintenance or replacement.
