The piston pump 5MCY14-1B belongs to the axial piston pump, where "5" represents a nominal displacement of 5ml/r, "M" represents a fixed quantity, and "C" represents a pressure level of 31.5MPa. The plunger pump is connected to the cylinder body by a spline, which drives the cylinder body to rotate, causing the seven evenly distributed plungers on the cylinder body to rotate around the center of the transmission shaft. Each plunger end has a sliding shoe, and the centering spring presses the sliding shoe onto the inclined plate at a certain angle with the axis through the inner steel ball and return disc. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger moves back and forth simultaneously, completing the oil suction and pressure actions. The centering spring presses the cylinder body onto the oil pan through the outer sleeve, providing initial sealing effect. The sliding shoes and oil distribution plate both adopt hydraulic static balance, which not only reduces pump wear, but also makes the pump have higher volumetric and mechanical efficiency.
