B-R vacuum pump has the characteristics of simple use and high work efficiency. It has fewer moving parts, only the rotor and slide valve (completely sealed in the pump cylinder). The air space at the exhaust end of the vacuum pump gradually decreases, allowing air to enter the exhaust valve (spring pressure plate check valve) through the exhaust hole. The exhaust valve is submerged in oil to prevent air leakage into the pump, so the pump can easily rotate and exhaust under atmospheric pressure. When the mixture of air and oil-water enters the oil gas separator with a baffle through the exhaust valve, the oil droplets return to the tank for reuse, the water is separated to the lower part of the tank, and the air is discharged into the atmosphere or exhaust pipe. The eccentric rotor group, slide valve, and rocker seal of the slide valve can automatically complete the extraction and exhaust. The unique design gives this single-stage pump high vacuum and high volumetric efficiency.
