Usage of High Temperature Sealant COPALTITE CEMENT 1 QUART

This sealant is particularly effective in the temperature range of 150 ¡æ to 815 ¡æ. For example, after heating the area to be sealed at 150 ¡æ for 15 minutes, COPALTITE can solidify into a heat-resistant and chemically resistant sealant, which has good resistance to vibration, thermal shock, and chemicals. Can form a permanent seal and can be removed if necessary.
Usage:
1. Clean the surface with solvent and dry. Apply a thin layer on the two contact surfaces that need to be sealed, which has a good effect.
2. High Temperature Sealant COPALTITE CEMENT 1 QUART needs to be heated and cured. If the bonding area needs to withstand high pressure at high temperatures, it should be heated without pressure until a seal is formed. When the heating temperature is above 300 ¨H (148 ¡æ), it takes about 15 minutes, and when the temperature is lower, it can take up to 4 hours.
3. When it is necessary to reseal, use a wire brush and alcohol to remove the hardened Copaltite before repainting.
