This sealant does not contain dust, metal particles, and other impurities and belongs to a single component resin. At present, domestic steam turbine generator units, including 1000MW units, 600MW units, 300MW units, etc., all use this type of sealant.
Fill the sealing groove of the joint surface with 730-C sealant, then tighten the outer end cover of the generator and tighten the bolts evenly. Then use the glue injection tool to inject 730-C sealant into the sealing groove (glue injection method: select a glue injection hole and slowly inject it, then flow out from adjacent holes. Inject in sequence until all are filled).
Slot Sealant 730-C should be placed in a clean, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, and should be well protected from sun, rain, heat, and pressure. Do not approach heat sources or be exposed to sunlight.
