DESCRIPTION

 

The generator slot Sealant 730-C is used for groove sealing of hydrogen cooled steam turbine generator end covers, outlet covers, and other groove type seals in thermal power plants. This sealant does not contain dust, metal particles, or other impurities and belongs to a single component resin. At present, domestic steam turbine generator units, including 1000MW units, 600MW units, 300MW units, etc., all use this type of sealant.

 

Usage OF Generator slot Sealant 730-C

 

Fill the sealing groove of the joint surface with generator slot Sealant 730-C, then close the outer end cover of the generator, and evenly tighten the bolts. Then use the glue injection tool to inject 730-C sealant into the sealing groove (glue injection method: select a glue injection hole and slowly inject it, then flow out from adjacent holes. Inject in sequence until all are filled).

generator slot Sealant 730-C should be placed in a clean, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, and should be well protected from sun, rain, heat, and pressure. Do not approach heat sources or be exposed to sunlight.
