DESCRIPTION

 

NUGENT diatomaceous earth filter element 30-150-207 is used in power plant fire resistant fuel regeneration device systems, paired with cellulose filter element SH-006. When used together, it can effectively improve the oil quality of the fire resistant fuel system and maintain the acid value of the EH oil system within the normal range.

 

Maintenance OF Filter 30-150-207

 

Service life: After 48 hours of operation of the regeneration device, if the acid value of the flame resistant oil does not decrease or if it is continuously used for six months, the diatomaceous earth filter element 30-150-207 should be replaced. Operating conditions for diatomaceous earth filter and corrugated fiber filter: Acid value>0.08 (recommended to operate for 8 hours per week) Replacement conditions: The oil temperature of any filter is between 43~54 ℃, and the oil pressure inside the cylinder is as high as 0.21MPa. The filter element should be replaced with 30-150-207 and the precision filter element SH-006.
