The reduction gearbox M01225 is a mechanical drive for the thermal power plant generator seal oil vacuum pump 30-WS. Its main function is to transfer the high-speed rotating power output by the motor through the gear and decelerate it to the rotor of the vacuum pump to generate the required vacuum. The reduction gearbox is usually connected with the vacuum pump through the coupling to ensure the stability and reliability of power transmission.

 

 

The function of the Vacuum pump reducer M01225 is to reduce the high-speed rotational power output by the motor and to reduce the speed through the gear system. This reduction device can meet the appropriate speed required by the 30-WS rotor of the vacuum pump, so as to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump and provide the required vacuum degree.

 

 

The gearbox M01225 and the vacuum pump 30-WS are connected through the coupling, so that they have a certain flexibility and centering capacity while transmitting power. The coupling can handle the slight deviation between the two, reduce the damage caused by misalignment or vibration, and provide a certain vibration isolation and damping effect.
