The fault diagnosis method for the DBDS20G10/5 relief overflow valve is as follows:

Noise and vibration: There are many factors that can cause noise in relief valves, including uneven pressure, cavitation, hydraulic impact, and mechanical noise. If a high-pressure and high-flow relief valve is used, the vibration and noise problems will be more severe.

Pressure fluctuation: This fault is prone to occur in the overflow valve, which may be a self problem or a joint impact between the oil pump and the system.

Invalid pressure adjustment: This situation generally refers to no pressure, inability to adjust the pressure, or rapid pressure increase. The correct method to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic station is to first fully open the overflow valve, slowly tighten the pressure adjustment button after starting the oil pump, and the pressure will steadily increase. If the pressure of the oil pump rises rapidly after starting and cannot be stopped, it can be judged that the overflow valve has not yet been opened or has malfunctioned.

Oil leakage: This fault can be divided into two types: internal leakage and external leakage. External leakage generally causes pollution to the environment and is easy to detect, but internal leakage is not easy to detect due to the responsible situation. When this problem exists, it often leads to increased noise and obvious pressure fluctuations.

Other faults: During assembly or use, the overflow valve may experience unexpected leakage due to damage to the O-ring or combination sealing ring, or loose installation screws or pipe joints. If the cone valve or main valve core is excessively worn or the sealing surface is in poor contact, it will also cause excessive internal leakage and even affect normal operation.
