The DBDS10G10/5 direct control oil relief valve consists of a valve sleeve, a spring, a conical valve core with buffer, and a pressure regulating element. With the help of pressure regulating elements, the system pressure can be set steplessly. When the pressure of pipeline P exceeds the set value of the spring, the cone valve core overcomes the spring force and opens, and pressure oil flows from pipeline P to pipeline T.

It has an overflow effect. When using a quantitative pump for oil supply, it is combined with a throttle valve to regulate and balance the flow rate in the hydraulic system. In this situation, the valve often opens with pressure fluctuations, and the oil flows back to the tank through the valve, playing an overflow role under constant pressure.

Provide safety protection. Avoid accidents caused by overloading of hydraulic systems and machine tools. In this situation, the valve is usually closed and only opens when the load exceeds the specified limit, providing safety protection.

Used as a unloading valve. The system can be unloaded by using a pilot overflow valve in conjunction with a two position two way solenoid valve.

In addition, the overflow valve can also be used as a remote pressure regulating valve, as a multi-level control for high and low pressures, as a sequence valve, and for generating back pressure.
