The pressure limiting valve DBDS10G10/5 has the following functions:

Constant pressure overflow function: In the throttling and regulating system of the quantitative pump, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, it will reduce the flow demand. At this point, the pressure limiting valve opens, causing excess flow to overflow back into the oil tank, ensuring that the inlet pressure of the pressure limiting valve, i.e. the pump outlet pressure, remains constant.

Pressure stabilizing effect: The pressure limiting valve is connected in series on the return oil circuit, generating back pressure and increasing the stability of the moving parts. System unloading function: Connect a small overflow electromagnetic valve in series to the remote control port of the pressure limiting valve. When the electromagnetic iron is energized, the remote control port of the pressure limiting valve is connected to the oil tank, and the hydraulic pump is unloaded at this time. The pressure limiting valve is now used as a unloading valve.

Safety protection function: When the system is working normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit, can the overflow be opened for overload protection to prevent the system pressure from increasing.

In practical applications, it is generally used as a unloading valve, a remote pressure regulating valve, a high and low pressure multi-stage control valve, and a sequence valve to generate back pressure. The main requirements for pressure limiting valves are: large pressure regulating range, small pressure deviation, small pressure oscillation, sensitive action, high overload capacity, and low noise.
