DESCRIPTION
The generator stator cooling water system alternate filter KLS-50T/80 is used in the stator cooling water system of the hydrogen oil water system of a steam turbine generator. The stator water system is equipped with two parallel stator cooling water filters, one for normal operation and one for backup. The generator stator cooling water system alternate filter KLS-50T/80 is made of stainless steel skeleton mesh. There is a drain outlet at the bottom of the filter element, and the two ends of the filter element are connected to a differential pressure switch. When the differential pressure increases to higher than normal, an alarm signal is issued. At this time, the backup filter element should be put into operation in a timely manner and the blocked filter element should be cleaned.
Maintenance OF filter KLS-50T/80
When the filter element KLS-50T/80 of a filter is blocked, resulting in a pressure difference of 0.35mpa between the inlet and outlet, the transmitter sends a signal. At this time, turn the directional valve to make the backup oil filter work, and then replace the blocked filter element.
When the clogged filter element cannot be replaced in a timely manner due to certain reasons, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to further increase to 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve will automatically start working to protect the normal operation of the filter element and system. However, users should replace the filter element as soon as possible.
