If the expansion on both sides of the casing is uneven, it will cause the casing to tilt or tilt up. This deformation will cause huge stress between the casing and the foundation, and the resulting misalignment phenomenon can cause serious consequences, This unwanted situation is usually the result of the sliding pin system being "stuck". The thermal expansion monitor DF9032-03-03 uses two linear displacement sensors TD-2 to measure the thermal expansion value of the casing relative to the foundation. The thermal expansion sensor needs to be installed on both sides of the dead center of the casing, and the difference between the two indicates the deformation of the casing. An alarm can be set to prompt the operator to take measures as soon as possible.
