DESCRIPTION

 

Hydrogen sealing Sealant D20-75 forms a seal within the temperature range of 30 ° F to 300 ° F (-1.1 ° C to 149 ° C). Before use, the surface of the pipeline should be dry, clean, and easy to spread. When there is a gasket: Apply it to the surface of the joint and spread it evenly. When there is no gasket: applied to the surface of the joint, embedded with small wires or wires like adhesive. As a filler, it serves as a bonding agent between conventional fillers and metal surfaces, without the use of diluents.

 

Application OF Generator Sealant D20-75

 

Sealant D20-75 is used for corrosion prevention, lubricants, insulation materials or fillers for threaded joints. It is used for groove sealing of generator end covers in Fossil fuel power station and nuclear power units, hydrogen sealing of steam end and exciter end seals, plane sealing of hydrogen in outlet housing, and sealing of stator outlet bushing with glue. The vast majority of steam turbine generator units in China, including 1000MW units, 600MW units, and 300MW units, use this type of sealant.
